These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Kitty Cleaner mobile app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard EULA also applies and, where it conflicts with these Terms, prevails.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the app store rules you downloaded it from.
Deleting photos
The app helps you delete photos from your device. Deletion is permanent and is carried out by your device's operating system after you confirm. You are solely responsible for choosing which photos to delete. We are not responsible for any loss of photos or data resulting from your use of the app. Please back up anything important before deleting.
Premium purchase
Kitty Cleaner offers a one-time "Premium" purchase that removes ads and the waiting timer. This is a single, non-recurring payment — it is not a subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Premium unlocks features for the accounts and devices permitted by the relevant app store. You can restore a previous purchase at any time from the paywall screen. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
